§ Terms

§ I.

Acceptance

By installing SupportLift on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms and to the Shopify Partner Program Agreement.

§ II.

Service

SupportLift provides AI customer-support automation. We deliver the service on a best-effort basis with no formal SLA on the Growth plan. Scale plan customers receive a 99.5% monthly uptime SLA with credits defined in the Scale order form.

§ III.

Pricing and billing

All charges are processed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Usage charges are computed per resolved conversation, with a $2,000 monthly safety cap configurable per plan. A conversation is resolved when the AI answers the shopper's question without escalating to a human. Escalated conversations are never billed.

§ IV.

Acceptable use

You may not use SupportLift to send spam, impersonate other brands, or respond to topics outside of customer support for your store. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate our acceptable-use policy, or threaten the safety of our infrastructure or other merchants.

§ V.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to SupportLift. We use your data only to operate the service and improve it for your store. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we contractually prohibit our model providers from training on our traffic.

§ VI.

Termination

You may uninstall SupportLift at any time from your Shopify admin. Once you uninstall, we stop processing new data immediately and delete everything related to your store within 48 hours.

§ VII.

Warranty disclaimer

SupportLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI will never make a mistake. You are responsible for setting per-action caps, approval rules, and tone settings appropriate for your business.

§ VIII.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
