How it knows your store
On install, SupportLift reads your products, collections, pages, policies, and blog posts. That's it. No CSV uploads, no data engineering, no weekend onboarding call.
Customer data and order records stay untouched at rest. When a shopper asks about their own order, we fetch it on demand, answer the shopper, and move on.
It speaks like you do
Write one short paragraph about how your brand talks. Paste up to five real replies your team gave in the past. The agent studies the rhythm, the phrasing, the sign-offs, and answers new shoppers in the same voice.
Warm but direct. Never "I apologize for the inconvenience". Sign off with "Cheers, the team". Use contractions. Never use exclamation marks more than once per reply.
